Sapphire Foods India Limited — Others, 08-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Sapphire Foods India has announced the results of its 16th Annual General Meeting. Shareholders approved all six resolutions, confirming strong support for the company's proposals. The audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the last financial year were adopted with 99.99% votes in favor. Directors Mr. Vinod Nambiar and Mr. Kabir Thakur were re-appointed. Additionally, M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells were appointed as Statutory Auditors and M/s. Alwyn Jay & Co. as Secretarial Auditors, both receiving nearly unanimous approval. Mr. Vijay Jain's appointment as Executive Director & CFO also passed with 99.48% shareholder backing. This confirms stable leadership and oversight.
