1. Unaudited Financial Result for the Quarter ended on 30thJune,2025 alongwith

Limited Review Report issued by the Auditors of the Company for the quarter

ended on 30th June,2025.

Re-appointment of Mr. Nimesh D Patel (DIN:00185400) as Managing Director of

the Company for a period of three years with effect from 01't August, 2026 upto

3ltt July, 2029, subject to the approval of members in the ensuing general meeting.

Re-appointment of Mrs. Dipali S. Patel (DIN: 08987939) as Independent Director

of the Company for a period of second term of five years with effect lrom OStr'

December, 2025 upto 07tl'December,2030, sub.iect to the approval of members in

the ensuing general meeting.

Re-appointment of Mr. Ronak A Mehta (DIN: 10525257) as Independent Dircctor

of the Company for a period of second term of five years with ef-fect from 22"d June.

2026 upto 2l't June, 2031. sub.iect to the approval of members in the ensuing

Appointment of Patel Aadeshra and Partners LLP (I.LPIN: ACO-7728), as a

Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years
