Jay Bharat Maruti Limited — Others, 08-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Jay Bharat Maruti has called an Annual General Meeting for September 3, 2025. Shareholders will adopt the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, and approve a final dividend of Rs. 0.70 per equity share. The company reported standalone total income of Rs. 2,292.95 Cr and net profit of Rs. 31.80 Cr for FY25. The agenda includes approving significant related party transactions for sales to Maruti Suzuki India (up to Rs. 2,185 Cr) and Suzuki Motor Gujarat (up to Rs. 1,220 Cr), and purchases from Neel Metal Products (up to Rs. 1,920 Cr). Also, a proposal to raise up to Rs. 750 Cr through various securities for future capital needs will be considered.
