Lemon Tree Hotels' Board meeting approved the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025, with consolidated revenue reaching Rs. 315.77 Cr and net profit after tax at Rs. 48.10 Cr. Significant leadership transitions were also approved, subject to shareholder consent. Mr. Patanjali Keswani will become Executive Director & Chairman from October 1, 2025, while Mr. Neelendra Singh is appointed as the new Managing Director for five years. Additionally, Mr. Kapil Sharma will serve as Executive Director & CFO. The company also approved the sale of Nettle Hotels and Madder Stays to its material subsidiary, Fleur Hotels, and formed a committee to explore transferring the Owned Hotel Business to Fleur.
