Yatra Online Limited — Board Meeting, 08-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Yatra Online's board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a profit of ₹16.0 Cr, a significant jump from ₹4.0 Cr last year and up from ₹15.2 Cr last quarter. Revenue from operations reached ₹209.8 Cr, more than double last year's ₹100.8 Cr.

The board also re-appointed Ernst & Young LLP as internal auditors for FY26. Chandrasekaran Associates were appointed as secretarial auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, the NCLT has approved the second motion application for the Yatra India amalgamation scheme, streamlining operations.
