Concord Enviro Systems' board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting standalone revenue of Rs. 11.22 Cr and consolidated revenue of Rs. 102.39 Cr, with a net profit after tax of Rs. 4.13 Cr. A major decision was approving a financial restructuring scheme to adjust negative retained earnings against the securities premium account. This aims to improve the balance sheet's appearance and could facilitate future dividend payments without impacting shareholding or cash. The company will also infuse up to Rs. 40 Cr into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Concord Enviro (FZE), for capital expenditure and working capital needs. New Company Secretary and auditors were also appointed.
