Lemon Tree Hotels' board has approved the financial results for the quarter, reporting a standalone net profit of 20.47 Cr and consolidated net profit of 48.10 Cr. Significant leadership changes were also approved: Mr. Patanjali Govind Keswani transitions to Executive Director and Chairman, while Mr. Neelendra Singh is appointed Managing Director, and Mr. Kapil Sharma as Executive Director and CFO. The company also approved amendments to its Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme and a strategic reorganization to sell Nettle and Madder Hotels to its subsidiary Fleur Hotels. A committee was formed to explore transferring the entire owned hotel business to Fleur, aiming for operational streamlining.
