JSW Energy Limited — Important, 08-08-2025: General Updates

JSW Energy has fully commissioned its 240 MW Kutehr Hydroelectric Power Plant in Himachal Pradesh. Power dispatch for the entire capacity has commenced to Haryana under a 35-year Power Purchase Agreement at a levelized ceiling tariff of ₹4.50/kWh, ensuring long-term revenue visibility. This milestone increases JSW Energy's installed capacity to 13,020 MW, up by 2,145 MW since March 2025, with renewables now contributing 57%. The swift completion of this greenfield project, despite challenges, underscores the company's strong execution capabilities, aligning with its target of 30 GW generation capacity by FY2030.
