Danish Power Limited — Board Meeting, 08-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The company's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023. For Q3, consolidated revenue was Rs. 168.47 Cr, with profit at Rs. 33.08 Cr. For the nine months, revenue stood at Rs. 510.94 Cr and profit at Rs. 104.81 Cr.

Additionally, an interim dividend of Rs. 4/- per share was declared, with the record date set for February 23, 2024.

The Board also gave the green light to raise up to Rs. 125 Cr through a Rights Issue of equity shares. This capital will be used for general corporate purposes. A committee has been formed to finalize the terms of this Rights Issue.
