Adani Enterprises Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Mundra Synenergy Limited, has incorporated two new wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries: UP Syn-Gas & Chemicals Limited and OD Syn-Gas & Chemicals Limited. Each new entity has a subscribed capital of Rs. 0.05 Cr and will focus on the manufacture of chemicals and chemical products. This strategic move expands the company's footprint within the chemical industry, signifying growth into new areas or strengthening existing capabilities. These new ventures are yet to commence business operations.
