Gokaldas Exports has approved the merger of BRFL Textiles Private Limited, a fabric manufacturer, with itself. This strategic move aims to create a vertically integrated business, enhancing operational efficiency and securing a consistent fabric supply. BRFL reported assets of 877.13 Cr and turnover of 371.42 Cr as of March 2025. BRFL shareholders can opt for Gokaldas shares (40 shares for every 3,581 BRFL shares) or a combination of shares (30 shares) and cash (INR 8,952.50). This integration is set to boost margins and optimize operations through backward integration, aligning business functions under one roof.
