Consolidated total income increased to 1,105.12 Cr, driving a significant rise in net profit to 22.75 Cr. Operationally, a key joint venture experienced a plant shutdown for nearly a month due to a technical issue, partially impacting the company's Dahej plants. A 6.81 Cr notional gain from revaluing financial liabilities within the JV also boosted comprehensive income.
