Iris Clothings has released its financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. The company reported total income of Rs 37.43 Cr, an increase from Rs 31.47 Cr in the prior year's comparable quarter. Net profit for the quarter rose to Rs 2.63 Cr from Rs 2.42 Cr year-on-year. This positive performance was supported by recent capital actions. The company successfully raised Rs 47.58 Cr through a rights issue and also completed a 1:1 bonus share allotment, which has significantly expanded its equity base.
