HBL Engineering's board approved strong Q1 results. Consolidated Net Profit surged to Rs. 141.23 Cr from Rs. 75.85 Cr YoY, while Total Income climbed to Rs. 621.41 Cr.

Dr. Aluru Jagadish Prasad was re-appointed as Chairman & MD for another five years from October 1, 2025, pending shareholder approval. His leadership is credited with significant growth and R&D focus on advanced products like Kavach.

The company also set September 12, 2025, as the record date for e-voting and dividend eligibility, should a dividend be approved at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
