Srivari Spices & Foods (SSFL) has announced a board meeting. The company plans a major diversification, entering the pooja articles and devotional goods segment under the new brand 'Neihaa Narayan'. This move, pending shareholder approval, will see an initial investment of approx. ₹2 crore over 12 months. SSFL also greenlit the launch of 'Poushtik', an in-house Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) app for unique premium grocery products, set to go live on August 10, 2025. These strategic initiatives aim to broaden product offerings and tap into new, high-demand consumer markets.
