Insolation Energy Limited has incorporated a new subsidiary, MGVI Green Infra Five Private Limited, to expand its solar business. The new entity will focus on solar power plant development, including erection, installation, operation, and maintenance of renewable energy projects, as well as rooftop solar solutions. Insolation Energy holds a 60% equity stake in the subsidiary, which was formed with an initial authorized capital of Rs. 0.01 Cr. This strategic move aims to strengthen the company's presence in the growing solar industry.
