This proactive step aims to prevent these funds from being transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shareholders are urged to update their PAN, contact, bank, and nomination details by submitting required forms (ISR-1, ISR-2, SH-13/ISR-3) to the Registrar & Transfer Agent. This ensures timely credit of future dividends and recovery of past dues.
