Garment Mantra Lifestyle Ltd — Results, 11-08-2025: Result

Garment Mantra Lifestyle's Board approved its financial results for the recent quarter. Standalone revenue was 21.18 Cr with a net profit of 2.01 Cr, significantly boosted by an exceptional gain of 1.95 Cr from asset sale. Consolidated revenue stood at 37.16 Cr, yielding a net profit of 2.47 Cr, also benefiting from the asset sale. The company also confirmed the allotment of over 391 million partly paid-up rights equity shares, which has expanded its share capital. Additionally, Mr. B Venkateswar was appointed as the new Cost Auditor for the current financial year.
