Best Agrolife received its Monitoring Agency Report from CRISIL on the utilization of funds from its preferential issue of convertible warrants. The total issue size was revised to Rs 150 Cr from Rs 200 Cr due to undersubscription. Of this, Rs 37.50 Cr has been received and fully utilized towards working capital requirements. No funds were utilized for capital expenditure or general corporate purposes. The remaining Rs 112.50 Cr is pending receipt, payable by warrant holders upon conversion into equity shares within 18 months. The report confirmed no deviation in fund utilization from the stated objectives.
