Everlon Financials' board has approved the financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue from operations of 8.23 Cr and a loss of 0.41 Cr for the period. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Jitendra K. Vakharia as Managing Director for three years and Mr. Kiron Basty Shenoy as Independent Director for a second five-year term, both pending shareholder approval. M/s. Sindhu Nair & Associates were also re-appointed as Secretarial Auditors. The 36th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 5, 2025, with book closure from August 30 to September 5, 2025.
