Ndr Auto Components Limited — Board Meeting, 11-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

NDR Auto Components has announced a board meeting where it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The board also gave a green light to a new manufacturing facility for automotive components like frame structures and seat covers in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, with an investment of Rs. 27.29 Cr. This expansion will be done through a new 100% subsidiary. Additionally, the company will set up a CSR Trust with Bharat Seats and secured new commercial office space in Aerocity for Rs. 11.25 Cr for its future corporate office by 2027.
