Remsons Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 11-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Remsons Industries has announced a board meeting outcome. The Board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹99.63 Cr, with a net profit of ₹3.64 Cr.

The company also approved the appointment of M/s. M Baldeva Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Regarding strategic moves, earlier plans to make Astro Motors a subsidiary were modified. Following a partial cancellation of the acquisition, Astro Motors will now be an associate, with Remsons holding a 35.86% stake, including a ₹10 Cr equity share subscription. A new subsidiary, Remsons Edge Technologies, was formed with 51% stake, but has not yet commenced operations.
