Gratex Industries will hold its 41st Annual General Meeting virtually. The FY25 Annual Report shows total revenue declined to 3.75 Cr from 3.99 Cr, with net profit at 0.07 Cr (down from 0.09 Cr). This shift is due to the company winding down its modular furniture business to focus on core wallpaper manufacturing. Key growth areas include a 3% rise in digital printing sales and 32% in catalogue sales.
