Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited — Board Meeting, 11-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Capacit’e Infraprojects has announced a board meeting where it approved the consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations increased to ₹589.36 Cr from ₹569.75 Cr in the same quarter last year. However, net profit after tax declined to ₹46.99 Cr from ₹53.43 Cr in Q1 FY25. The board also re-appointed S Dayma & Co as internal auditor for Q1 FY26 and appointed Ernst & Young LLP as internal auditor for the period of July 2025 to March 2026.
