Globus Power Generation's board has approved the financial results for the quarter, reporting no operational revenue and a net loss of approximately 0.00 Cr (3.98 Lakhs). Following consideration by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Thamattoor Prabhakaran Nair and Mrs. Chhavi Prabhakar as Independent Directors for five years.
