Macobs Technologies Limited — Others, 11-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Macobs Technologies will hold an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to approve raising up to Rs. 42.16 Cr by issuing 24.8 lakh convertible warrants at Rs. 170 each. These warrants can be converted into equity shares over 18 months. This capital infusion is intended to broaden the company's capital structure for business growth, fund future expansion plans, and meet increased working capital needs. While the preferential issue will alter the promoter and non-promoter shareholding percentages, there will be no change in the company's management or control. Shareholders can participate in the e-voting for this proposal.
