Eureka Forbes Limited — Board Meeting, 11-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Eureka Forbes' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations grew to ₹607.87 Cr, up from ₹553.38 Cr in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax also saw strong growth, reaching ₹38.70 Cr compared to ₹32.16 Cr previously. In personnel updates, Company Secretary Pragya Kaul resigned, effective August 29, 2025. Chief Innovation & R&D Officer Satish Satyarthi also resigned, effective September 28, 2025. Current Chief Technical Officer Suresh Redhu will now additionally lead the Innovation & R&D function.
