POCL Enterprises' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting net sales of Rs 372.43 Cr and consolidated net profit of Rs 11.33 Cr. Leadership changes see Mr. Venkataraman Yerra Milli move to Executive Director – Marketing (non-board) to boost operational focus. Mr. Harish Kumar Lohia joins as a Non-Executive Director.
