BEML Limited — Board Meeting, 11-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

BEML's board has announced a meeting where they approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 633.99 Cr, with a net loss of Rs 64.11 Cr, resulting in an EPS of Rs (15.40).

Strategically, subsidiary Vignyan Industries' liquidation is progressing, with all assets now disposed. BEML also advanced Rs 73.81 Cr to the MAMC consortium for asset acquisition, where they hold a 48% share. Their JV, BEML Midwest Ltd, remains under liquidation with investments fully written off.
