Websol Energy System Limited — Board Meeting, 11-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Websol Energy's board approved Q1 financial results, reporting a profit of Rs 67.18 Cr for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, on revenue of Rs 218.75 Cr. Key leadership changes were also announced: Ms. Sanjana Khaitan resigned as CFO but remains Executive Director, and Mr. Amrit Daga has been appointed as the new CFO. The company is on track to commence commercial production of its new 600 MW Mono PERC Bifacial Solar Cell Line by October 2025, significantly boosting future capacity.
