Bajaj Consumer Care's Board met to approve the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹266.69 Cr, with a net profit of ₹37.93 Cr. The Board also confirmed the previously announced share buyback of up to 64.34 lakh equity shares for ₹186.60 Cr at ₹290 per share, pending shareholder approval. The scheme of arrangement for Vishal Personal Care, now a wholly-owned subsidiary after its May 16 acquisition, will proceed once the buyback is completed.
