Notably, the company reported an exceptional item of ₹5.95 Cr due to a cyber fraud incident. In response, the Chairman & MD have voluntarily foregone remuneration until losses are recovered, demonstrating strong commitment. EIEL also expanded into renewables by acquiring three new subsidiaries. IPO proceeds of ₹572.33 Cr are partially utilized, with the balance in fixed deposits.
