Rishiroop Ltd has renewed its leave and license agreement for office premises with Rishiroop Polymers Private Limited, a promoter group entity. The agreement covers 1000 sq. ft. of office space and is renewed for another 11 months. The terms remain unchanged, with a monthly rent of 0.025 Cr (exclusive of GST). This related-party transaction, approved by the Audit Committee and Board, ensures continued access to their main office space and is considered to be at arm's length.
