ATAM VALVES has announced that its board met on August 11, 2025, to approve the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

For Q1 FY26, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹12.37 Cr, a healthy jump from ₹11.48 Cr in the same quarter last year. Profit for the period surged to ₹1.24 Cr, up from ₹0.93 Cr in Q1 FY25. Earnings per share (EPS) also saw a significant rise, coming in at ₹1.08 compared to ₹0.81 previously.
