Insolation Energy Ltd — Updates, 11-08-2025: Company Update

Insolation Energy Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated a new step-down subsidiary named MVS Green Infra Private Limited. This new entity, established with an authorized share capital of Rs. 0.01 Cr, will focus on solar power plant development, including erection, installation, operation, maintenance, and consultancy for renewable energy projects. It will also undertake the design, supply, and comprehensive operation & maintenance of Rooftop Solar (RTS) photovoltaic power projects. This strategic move expands the company's presence in the solar industry, signalling growth in its renewable energy business. Insolation Green Energy Private Limited will hold 60% of the equity shares in the new venture.
