Coromandel Agro Products and Oils Limited has successfully concluded its 49th Annual General Meeting. Shareholders approved the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. A final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share (20%) for FY2025 was declared. Key appointments included Mr. Maddi Venkateswara Rao's reappointment and three new independent directors: Mrs. Vangala Bhargavi, Smt. Maddula Durga Sushma, and Smt. Dr. T. Anitha Devi. Shareholders also ratified the Cost Auditors' remuneration for FY2026 and appointed M/s. MNK Krupakar Rao & Co. as Statutory Auditors for five years.
