Cubical Financial Services Limited's Board has approved changes to its audit functions. M/s. Magna Capital Advisors Private Limited has been appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The Board also re-appointed M/s. Mukesh Agarwal & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five financial years (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30). Additionally, M/s. Krishan Rakesh & Co. was appointed as a Secretarial Auditor for the same five-year term, replacing the previous auditor. Both Secretarial Auditor appointments are contingent on shareholder approval.
