Ganesh Benzoplast Limited — Board Meeting, 11-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Ganesh Benzoplast's board has approved strong financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue jumped 9% YoY to Rs. 95.6 Cr, with profit after tax rising 10% YoY to Rs. 18.1 Cr. EPS increased by 11% to Rs. 2.52. The Chemical division notably boosted turnover by 26% and PBT by 223% due to operational improvements.

The company also appointed Ms. Amruta Pankaj Thali as an Independent Woman Director and re-appointed Mr. Niraj Nabh Kumar as Non-Executive Independent Director, both for five-year terms, pending shareholder approval. The 38th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 25, 2025, via video conferencing.
