Kamdhenu Limited's Board has approved the re-appointment of key directors, ensuring leadership continuity. Shri Satish Kumar Agarwal (76) is re-appointed as Chairman & MD for three years from April 1, 2026. Shri Sunil Kumar Agarwal (will be 70) and Shri Sachin Agarwal are re-appointed as Whole Time Directors for three years from the same date. Shri Baldev Raj Sachdeva is re-appointed as an Independent Director for a five-year second term from May 2, 2026.
