The company greenlit a major expansion, approving a new 1.2 GW solar module manufacturing plant in Mathura. This ₹110 Cr investment will boost Alpex Solar's total module capacity to 3.6 GW by FY27. Additionally, Unit V's location was strategically moved to Greater Noida for enhanced operational efficiency. The board also initiated a plan to raise ₹261.16 Cr via preferential allotment and secured new orders worth ₹155.45 Cr for FY26.
