Crown Lifters Limited — Board Meeting, 11-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Crown Lifters has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations hit ₹10.07 Cr, with net profit at ₹2.81 Cr (Basic EPS: ₹2.49). Note: Q1 FY24's higher net profit (₹10.96 Cr) included a ₹12.67 Cr one-time gain from a depreciation policy change. The Board re-appointed Internal Auditor M/s. Mehul N Mehta & Associates for FY25-26 and approved M/s. Ronak Doshi & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years (subject to shareholder approval). The 23rd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 25, 2025.
