HLE Glascoat's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹283.95 Cr, a robust increase from ₹227.07 Cr last year. Profit for the period attributable to owners surged to ₹14.76 Cr, up from ₹3.40 Cr YoY. The board also proposed a dividend of ₹1.10 per share for FY24-25, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM on Sep 26.
