Kolte-Patil Developers has significantly changed its Board of Directors. Three new Non-Executive and Non-Independent Directors – Mr. Tuhin Parikh, Mr. Asheesh Mohta, and Mr. Mohit Arora – have been appointed. Concurrently, three Whole Time Directors and three Independent Directors have resigned. This reconstitution also includes the appointment of Mr. Girish Vanvari as the new Chairman of the Board and restructuring of board committees.
