QVC Exports Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 11-08-2025: Dividend

QVCEL's Board has proposed a final dividend of Re 0.50 per equity share (5% on Rs. 10 face value) for FY24-25. This payout is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and will be disbursed within 30 days of declaration.

In a strategic move, the company plans to reallocate Rs 1.24 Cr from unutilized IPO funds, originally earmarked for offer expenses, to working capital. This aims to optimize fund utilization due to lower-than-estimated issue costs, bolstering the company's operational strength.
