Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd (DTIL) has announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹114.98 Cr, with a net profit after tax of ₹14.35 Cr.
The Board also approved investing USD 0.4 million in Optional Convertible Debentures (OCD) of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea Pte Ltd. Additionally, the company previously announced plans to sell assets of Deohall Tea Estate for ₹23.50 Cr, with assets now classified as "held for sale." This strategic move aims to rationalize operations.
