Alpex Solar Limited — Board Meeting, 11-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Alpex Solar's Board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. A significant strategic decision was the approval for an additional 1.2 GW solar module manufacturing plant. This expansion, costing an estimated ₹110 Cr, will bring the company's total solar module capacity to 3.6 GW by FY2026-27, aiming to meet India's growing demand. Furthermore, the upcoming Unit V plant has been strategically relocated near Unit I for enhanced operational efficiency. The company also secured new orders valued at ₹155.45 Cr for FY2025-26.
