Visaman Global Sales Limited — Board Meeting, 11-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Visaman Global Sales' board has approved key leadership changes. Mr. Mitulkumar Sureshchandra Vasa's tenure as Managing Director was extended for another five years starting December 30, 2025. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Bharat Maganlal Thumar and Mr. Paras Fulabhai Shingala as Independent Directors for their second five-year terms. These re-appointments await shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, M/s. A N Thakrar & Co. has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2025-2026.
