R.P.P. Infra Projects Limited — Board Meeting, 11-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

RPP Infra Projects has announced a board meeting outcome. The company cleared its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting a total income of Rs 349.07 Cr and a net profit of Rs 10.84 Cr (EPS Rs 2.19). The Board re-appointed Mr. P Arul Sundaram as Chairman & MD and Mrs. A. Nithya as Whole Time Director & CFO for five years, pending shareholder approval. Two Executive Directors resigned, while two new Additional Directors, Mr. Venkatachalam Pranav Harshan and Mr. Sanu Raghav, were appointed. The Legal and Finance Committee was also reconstituted.
