Manor Estates and Industries Limited's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The Board also cleared the Directors' Report and notice for the 33rd Annual General Meeting. Crucial leadership continuity plans were also considered, including the re-appointment of Statutory Auditors M/s Nataraja Iyer & Co., Whole-time Director Rishabh Agarwal, and Independent Director Mr. Siddarth Sanghi, each for a five-year term. These proposals will now be presented to shareholders for their approval at the forthcoming AGM.
