R.P.P. Infra Projects Limited — Board Meeting, 11-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

RPP Infra Projects has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 10.84 Cr on a revenue of Rs 346.96 Cr. The board also gave its assent to re-appoint Mr. P Arul Sundaram as Chairman & MD and Mrs. A Nithya as Whole Time Director & CFO for five-year terms, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, two executive directors, Mr. C.K Venkatachalam and Mr. S Anandavadivel, resigned, and two new additional directors, Mr. Venkatachalam Pranav Harshaan and Mr. Sanu Raghav, were appointed. The Legal and Finance Committee was also reconstituted.
